With the celebration of Veteran’s Day this month, what better way to honor those who have served and are still serving our great nation then by sharing James & Charity’s Wedding day 🙂  These two are both currently serving as members of our armed forces, and together they are an amazing match.  In fact most of their engagement and wedding planning was spent apart as James was over seas.

Charity did an incredible job planning their wedding day in Princeton NJ at the Nassau Inn all while living in California.  Family and friends came from all over the world to celebrate these two and it was an incredible honor to spend the day with them.  She was the definition of grace that morning while everyone else seemed to be flying in a million different directions.

The guys were great, we had a blast watching their banter.  We love seeing a groom excited to see their bride… and James was like a kid on Christmas 🙂  Their ceremony was gorgeous and the love these two have for each other is contagious.  They were never more than an arms length away from each other all day and it was a beautiful thing to witness.  The sword ceremony and butterfly release was a perfect way to welcome the new Mr. & Mrs. into the world.

We had some time to walk the amazing streets of Princeton, NJ to photograph the bridal party and found some great “hole in the wall” locations.  When we spoke with Charity earlier in the week, she loved the idea of incorporating the busy streets and architecture of the town and that condensed area around the Nassau Inn was perfect.

The reception and dinner at the Nassau Inn was a blast.  Everything was personalized, no detail was left untouched.  James made an incredible speech thanking his family and guests but mostly to his new wife for being his better half.  Their video presentation was a great way to invite everyone to get to know how their adventure started, not a dry eye in the place!

Now that they’re back to the West Coast keeping our country safe, we wanted to Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for protecting our freedom and giving us the opportunity to capture one of the most memorable days of your new life together.  It was truly an honor and a privilege…Thank You 🙂
